The right helper,the right way.
Live-in helpers, confinement nannies and elderly caregivers from Indonesia, the Philippines and Cambodia. One all-in fee from RM 11,800, and she arrives in 60 to 90 days.

Three kinds of help
Full-time, live-in, legal.
Every helper comes through JTKSM and Immigration on her own work pass. You interview her on video before you choose.

Questions
Asked every week.
How long does the whole process take?
Usually 60 to 90 days from the day you confirm to the day she arrives. Indonesia and Cambodia are faster; the Philippines takes longer because of Philippine government clearances. You get a written timeline at consultation and an update at every stage.
What documents do I need as an employer?
Copies of the employer's and spouse's MyKad, proof of income (three months of payslips, an EPF statement or a tax return), your marriage certificate for a first application, and your home address. We prepare and submit the JTKSM and Immigration application, the work pass and the FOMEMA registration.
Can I interview the helper before choosing?
Yes, always. Every shortlisted candidate is interviewed on a video call that we arrange, so you can judge her language, manner and experience yourself. The whole family is welcome to join.
What if the helper is not suitable?
Within 90 days of arrival we replace her one-for-one at no extra agency fee. We also mediate first, because many problems are settled with a conversation and clearer expectations.
Does she get a rest day?
Yes. One rest day a week, written into the contract before she arrives. For Indonesian helpers, the 2022 Malaysia and Indonesia agreement on domestic workers also sets a weekly rest day.
Is she covered by insurance and PERKESO?
Yes. Her hospitalisation and surgical insurance (SKHPPA) is in the all-in fee. Foreign domestic workers must also be registered with PERKESO (SOCSO), required since 1 June 2021; we help you register her and explain the monthly contribution, which the employer pays.
Do you supply part-time cleaners?
No. We place full-time, live-in helpers only. For a one-month confinement, ask us about a local confinement lady, who is arranged separately.
